2020 King Edmund Acro Cup (BIAC)

Congratulations to Harriers Concorde gymnasts competing in the 2020 King Edmund Acro Cup (BIAC) on the 1st & 2nd February 2020.

Competing against strong UK and International competition and qualifying in the 12-18 and 13-19 age categories, Harriers were represented in the follow categories:

11-16 Womens Trio

Libby Charles, Chloe Cook & Mei Calanan

12-18 Womens Trio

Abi Roome, Amber Thrush & Olivia Gillett

12-18 Womens Pair

Ellie Field & Robyn England

12-18 Mixed Pair

Joe Dick and Olivia Denes

13-19 Womens Trio

Jasmine Mansyah, Katie Allen & Neve Castle

All gymnasts are worthy winners and a credit to the club, demonstrating the results that can be achieved through commitment, hard work and determination. 

Congratulations to Joe Dick and Olivia Denes for winning the bronze medal in their first competition at 12-18.

Go team Harriers! - keep up the good work and continue to build on the success.

Head coach Sarah Bateman said: "This is such fantastic news and the money will make a real difference to the club. "This will help pay for much needed equipment and training. We have had everyone we know collecting the tokens and are overwhelmed to win."

Harriers top 1st Prize in Airbus Community Awards

Harriers have claimed 1st Prize in the 2019 Airbus Community Awards, in association with the Bristol Post.

Community groups across Bristol collected tokens published in the Bristol Post, with the prize money being shared among the community groups that collected the most tokens.

Harriers gymnasts and supporters set about collecting as many tokens as posisble from friends and family members to claim 1st prize for the most tokens collected.
